High Control Features

  • 'good work' (equiv. of silver star awarded to children at school)Various elution types are available, so the most suitable type can be selected in consideration of the timing of fertilizer application, desired fertilizer efficacy period, and the field of application.

  • 'good work' (equiv. of silver star awarded to children at school)It is safe to apply large amounts of fertilizer at one time without concentration failure, and the number of fertilizer applications can be reduced.

  • 'good work' (equiv. of silver star awarded to children at school)Fertilizer nutrients leach out gradually, resulting in a longer fertilizer effect period and improved nutrient use efficiency by plants. Therefore, it is ideal for facility cultivation with frequent irrigation.

  • 'good work' (equiv. of silver star awarded to children at school)Nutrient leaching is not affected by soil conditions (pH, water capacity) or soil type, so fertilizer can be applied ideally to any type of soil.

  • 'good work' (equiv. of silver star awarded to children at school)The potash as well as the chisso is slowed down, so it does not temporarily increase the salt concentration in the soil or promote the luxurious absorption of potash, causing it to produce a bitter soil deficiency.

  • 'good work' (equiv. of silver star awarded to children at school)It works consistently no matter what kind of fertilizers or soils it is mixed with.

High control elution type

High Control has various leaching types depending on the brand. The meaning is determined by the number of days required for 80% of the contained thiesso to leach out at an average soil temperature of 25°C. The leaching time is longer at lower soil temperatures and shorter at higher soil temperatures. If the soil temperature remains low, the fertilization period will be longer; if the soil temperature remains high, it will be shorter. This is in line with the growth of the plants, and good growth can be expected.

High-control elution mechanism

The way coated fertilizers leach out is shown in the figure on the right.
(i) Nutrients inside the film are released by the collapse of the film itself, and
The latter is a type of leaching that occurs gradually by diffusion.

Hi-Control" is a diffusion-elution type, and as shown in the photo, it is completely coated with resin. Moisture in the soil penetrates through the microscopic holes in the film and dissolves the fertilizer content inside. The dissolved fertilizer oozes out through the microscopic holes and gradually comes to the surface of the film, where it is absorbed by the plants.

Effects of high control

<Slope Revegetation and High Control

Left: Conventional zone (chemical fertilizer)
Right: High Control 650-180 treatment area
The effect of "high control" on slope revegetation can be clearly seen.

Conventional Zone High Control

Conventional 133g/m²/10cm

Plant roots normally grow to avoid high concentrations of chisso fertilizer grains, but because the chisso content is gradually leached from the Hi-Control grains, roots can be seen growing around the grains and enveloping the Hi-Control grains.
