VISION
The new challenge for fertilizers in the future is to incorporate technologies that are in harmony with the ecosystems that surround us. One is to provide fertilizing effects that suit the growth of crops. Another is to avoid negative environmental impacts.
In other words, the fertilizer must be friendly to both crops and people.
JCAM Agri is working to develop new fertilizers to meet these demands and has already launched several products. These efforts are the backbone of JCAM Agri's management, and our corporate concept is to continue to advance along this path.

As a pioneer of coated fertilizers, we are proud to be contributing to the realization of sustainable agriculture by reducing the amount and frequency of fertilizer application, thereby saving labor and reducing the environmental impact of agricultural operations.

Main Business
There are two types of positions available: domestic sales and international sales.
Domestic sales promote fertilizer sales to domestic customers.
We understand the needs of our customers, JA and farmers, and propose and design fertilizers that will lead to customer satisfaction.
Overseas sales will promote fertilizer sales to North America, Europe, the United States, China, and Southeast Asia.
Overseas business expansion is one of our key management strategies. We aim to expand sales in cooperation with our manufacturing base in Taiwan.About the Role
The role of domestic sales is to create a better agricultural environment in cooperation with the people around them.
Therefore, one of our tasks is to directly listen to the actual needs of farmers and develop new fertilizers in cooperation with the manufacturing department.
Overseas sales work with general trading companies to sell fertilizers through local distributors.
Data collection at agricultural experiment stations is important in order to design fertilizers that best suit the local climate and crops.
The original fertilizers developed in this way support agriculture around the world.

We examine new manufacturing methods, improve existing manufacturing facilities, reduce raw material losses, and improve costs. We are responsible for the source of our competitiveness as a manufacturer, which leads to safe, stable, and low-cost production.

About the Role
The role will be to conduct research for the development of new fertilizers.
