Scope of users: JNC CORPORATION, the parent company of JNC CORPORATION, and Chisso Corporation, the holding company of JNC CORPORATION,
and consolidated subsidiaries as stated in the Annual Securities Report of Chisso Corporation.
Purpose of use: To provide services related to our business to customers, business partners, etc. in a useful and appropriate manner.

6. Safe Management of Personal Information

We will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss, theft, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information, and for other security management. We will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision when entrusting the handling of personal information to third parties.

7. Inquiries regarding personal information

When an individual requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc., of his/her own personal information, the Company will promptly respond to such requests within a reasonable scope in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. The Company will establish a Personal Information Response Desk to respond to inquiries from the individual regarding his/her personal information.
