Tell us about your current job.

I mainly manage and improve the machinery and equipment used to manufacture coated fertilizers at the Fuji Plant, and while in my first year I used to ask my seniors for any help, I am now able to derive solutions to problems on my own, so I feel I have grown in that respect.

Why did you choose Jcam Agri?

In the description of our main product, a coated fertilizer, it said "a fertilizer that can reduce the burden on farmers. I am from Iwate Prefecture and have relatives who are farmers, so I chose this company because I wanted to do work that would benefit farmers.
The other key point is the atmosphere and personality of the company.

What would you like to work on in the future?

I studied environmental issues in college, so I would like to further improve the efficiency of recovering hazardous substances in the manufacturing process. I also like to meet various people, so I would like to make use of what I have learned in manufacturing in other departments. I would like to be involved in overseas business someday.
