Supply of nutrients matched to crop growth! Coated fertilizer (coated urea fertilizer)
LP Coat" and "M Coat" are coated urea fertilizers that adjust the leaching of fertilizer components in accordance with crop growth. LP Coat and M Coat are white spherical fertilizers that coat granular urea with a specially processed membrane made mainly of polyolefin resin and natural minerals.
Features,
(1) Ease of operation: Reduced labor for fertilizer application due to full basal application of fertilizer
(2) Low cost: High utilization of fertilizer components allows for reduced fertilizer use.
(3) Increased productivity: crop quality is consistent because the nutrient supply is more uniform.
(4) Reduced environmental impact: High utilization of fertilizers reduces pollution to groundwater and air.
(5)Membranes are environmentally degradable: light accelerates their disintegration and they undergo microbial degradation after disintegration.
These include.
There are two types of leaching types: the linear type, in which leaching begins immediately after fertilizer application, and the sigmoid type, in which leaching begins after the initial leaching is suppressed for a certain period of time. The number of days that nitrogen is 80% leached in soil at 25°C is used as the name for the type.
Because the leaching of fertilizer components can be predicted, it is also possible to apply just the right amount of fertilizer at the right time for the crop. We offer this compound fertilizer to growers throughout Japan as a compound fertilizer that can deliver fertilizer efficacy suited to the growing conditions of each region.
We have also developed "J Coat," which greatly improves the disintegrating property of the film.
LP Coat" and "M Coat" are registered trademarks of JCAM Agri.
This fertilizer contains "three types of chisso" of different types.
Fast-acting thixotropin and Emcoat L40 are effective for early growth and division, while Emcoat S100H is effective for the second half (equivalent to ear fertilizer).
In recent years, it is said that the lack of chisso during the ripening period (e.g., high summer temperatures) has led to a decline in rice quality.
Therefore, this fertilizer is a late-emphasis, one-shot fertilizer with about 70% of its chisso content being Emcoat S100H.
